Pastor Travis George and his wife Rhonda (married August 28, 1999) have three sons – TJ, Caleb, and Tyler. The Georges became pastors of Bearden First Assembly in April of 2022 after years of ministry spanning nearly 30 years serving communities across Arkansas and Ohio as a youth pastor, evangelist, and senior pastor. Pastor is a 1990 graduate of Sheridan High School (Sheridan, AR) and has been an ordained Arkansas minister with the Assemblies of God since 2001. He holds several higher education degrees, including completion of Biblical Studies (Berean School of the Bible, 2000), bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice (Liberty Univerisity, 2009), Masters of Divinity (Liberty Univerisity, 2014), Masters of Theology (Liberty Univerisity, 2016), and a Doctorate of Ministry (Liberty Univerisity, 2021). Pastor Travis enjoys reading, watching college sports, hunting, and riding motorcycles. The Georges are excited to see what God has in store for them and the family of BFA as they all enter into this next chapter of ministry.
